Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Samantha Rowley My most recent book - You Only Need One: A Living Kidney Donation Experience was inspired by my kidney donation to my sister-in-law. I wanted to tell the story to raise awareness of the need for living kidney donors and also so that people can read what is actually involved in donating a kidney. I also hope that it will encourage people to think about donation and realise that it's not as scary as it all sounds.
