I have a question regarding the Babineaux brothers. I am just a bit confused over their relevance in the story. So far every villain in the series has had some kind of role and/or committed some kind of act that made them plot relevant in some way. E.g., Cain wouldn't have become what he is if it wasn't for the Prophetts and Trăn. Were the brothers just plot irrelevant villains or will someone come to avenge them?

The brothers' history showed that deadly creatures didn't only exit in Bane County. Plus they were fun to write, and to read. Not every scene needs complete relevance to be entertaining.
