What are you currently working on?

Lizzie Eldridge I've literally just started working on my next novel. I wrote 50,000 words of a previous book and then got stuck. I couldn't move the plot (such as it was) further and I had too many ideas and I left it alone for a while. But on the basis of some of these ideas - not all! - I've now found a new story which I hope I have the ability and stamina to see through to the end. Location-wise, it includes the Spain of Duende, Glasgow (the city where my forthcoming novel, Vandalism takes place), and Malta, which is now my home. So we'll see where this ends up :)
