Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Lizzie Eldridge My favourite fictional couple? Well, 2 children actually. A little boy and a little girl growing up during the 'troubles' in Northern Ireland during the 1980s. Although the ultimate consequences of their behaviour is horrific, they are so well drawn and contextualised within a book that's had a massive impact on me - Neil Mackay's 'All the Little Guns Went Bang Bang Bang.' I highly recommend this novel as it's brilliantly written and captivating from start to end.
