Goodreads asked Jock Busuttil:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Jock Busuttil Sit down at the laptop and write about anything that comes to mind - complete stream of consciousness. I write about the things that annoyed me, surprised me, that I saw out of the window - anything. Eventually I'll find myself writing about what I'm meant to be writing about, and the writers' block has gone.

Another way is to record myself having a chat with someone about what I'm meant to be writing about - particularly because I write about product management, which lends itself to lots of examples and analogies. Just by talking to someone, I'll remember all the little anecdotes and situations I've experienced, which always helps to prompt the writing.
