Have the formatting problems been corrected?

James C. Landers Yes. The problem concerned side margins for chapters beginning with a faux "table of content" (for Vanguard, the magazine). I tried flush left with spacing, flush right with spacing and finally gave up. I placed the page numbers on a separate line. This isn't done in the real world, but I hoped it would be acceptable to readers. Thank you for asking. JCL
