Goodreads asked Michele Young-Stone:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Michele Young-Stone I don't believe in it. I believe in frustration and self-doubt, things that can make me pause from sitting down to do the work, but I don't believe in "writer's block". I try to remember what Hemingway said: I'm paraphrasing, but it's something like, Always make sure you stop writing while you still have something to say. Save something for the next day. I also get a lot of ideas in the shower or when I'm walking. Oftentimes if I'm not sure what to write, I'll realize that I need to do more research, and I'll go that route.
