Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tom Stone I first got the idea for "The Curse of the Minotaur" when I was living on the island of Crete (site of the "labyrinth") in the late 1970s. The idea became a little more urgent when I was researching and writing "Zeus". Then I looked through the adventures of Percy Jackson and realized that it was high time somebody wrote the true story of the Minotaur legend and the facts behind it.
