How do you get inspired to write?

Sheryl Lee That's a tricky one! I don't know, I sit down and put my fingers on the keyboard and the words come. I keep a store of story ideas, and they pop into my head from the most random events. I might hear part of a conversation on the street, or read a newspaper article, or have an intense dream. My mind stores these things and then an idea will begin to spark. When I sit down to write the story makes itself known to me.
