What are you currently working on?

David J. Waldron My next book, "Hire, Train, Monitor, Motivate" is the culmination of years of researching and practicing the art of recruiting, training, and retaining teams of distinction in the workplace. The book is still in in its planning stages so I am considering expanding the idea to other areas of life such as building sports teams, boy or girl scout troops, volunteer corps and the like. The premise of the book is that productive teams are made, not born; and need to be effectively recruited, taught, supervised, and inspired to succeed and persevere.
