What’s the best thing about being a writer?

David J. Waldron Writing is the freedom to express thoughts and ideas, whether in creative fiction or narrative nonfiction. Primarily a contributor to the nonfiction genre, I have the privilege of writing about what I know from many years of experience here on planet Earth :). But in all seriousness, I first test my ideas on my own blog, Country View, and also on various other sites. If it catches on by inspiring readers' interest, I then consider expanding the idea into book form.
