Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Joseph Falank I write about the things that scare me - not necessarily monsters or noises in the dark, but about the things in life we cannot control. I then put my main character through the wringer, confronting this fear of mine, and we both come out of it in a better place than when we started. For SEEING, I wrote about abandonment a little bit but it's more about confirmation that there is more to this world than the mundane we see around us every day. It's also a little about faith but I wouldn't put the stamp on SEEING being a religious book at all - no denomination is mentioned or implied in the book.
