Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Phyllis Goodwin The idea for my book 'Dog Tales & Other Gems' came when I was sorting out all my short stories and articles. I decided to put them together in one book. I also invited my Field Spaniel friends to contribute suitable articles about, training and showing their dogs. Mainly I wanted to record the facts and feelings people acquire when they own a Field Spaniel. I also wanted to include photos & illustrations. In retrospect, I could have produced two books with all my material! This would have made the selling price more viable. However, the eBook is reasonably priced!
