East o' the Sun, West o' the Moon is my favorite fairy tale, and I turned it into Sun and Moon, Ice and Snow! Fairy tales are great, because they have everything you could want in a story: magic, adventure, romance, but they also leave a lot of room for expansion. What does it feel like to dance in glass slippers? What kind of terrible parent would give their child to a polar bear?
