Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Jan Hawkins In writing The Dreaming Series… it in part was like discovering and becoming familiar with a new world. My most recent book, Lands Edge, is not of that first series but is born of my curiosity to discover what became of the children who were part of the series. Those children who had an foundation place in the formation of the characters and I questions what was their future.
My Grandchildren also asked me about what I knew from my research of how to become Shaman in this ancient world. I wanted to answer that question for them, answers drawn from my understanding born or research.
Jeremy’s story was born, and continues to develop. Book 1 of the Spirit Children series is the beginning of his story.
