Goodreads asked Tony Robinson:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tony Robinson 'Freedom from Bosses Forever' started out as a book called 'Buzzing with the Entrepreneurs' by an alter ego, Leonora Soculitherz. I used the character to say things that would have more impact than if I said them. I built on the character in 'Stripping for Freedom' and finally got the story and content nearly as polished and to-the-point, as my heroes, PG Wodehouse and Miles Kington. This final version, that I'm happy with, is both funny and useful for enterprising individuals. I'm very proud of 'Freedom from Bosses Forever' as a practical, satirical book on enterprise but it all came from the idea of a fictional character.
