Music that feels right for either my characters or setting, a boatload of coffee, and being just a little tired. The tired helps me not overthink situations and just get ideas down. Coffee helps me stay focused, and music just helps me from going crazy at the quiet. I can't write around other people, I get distracted by conversation.
