Hmm...I think Sarah and Felix from the BBC series "Orphan Black", who some have said are the Duchess and Lysander of the sci-fi set. That's a little self-referential, though, so I'll turn to a literary example and say Arya Stark and Sandor Clegane from A Song of Ice and Fire. While Clegane appears as more brutish, Arya is perhaps more sinister and just as dangerous. They work fairly well together, or at least as well as two traumatized and violent people can.

A nonfiction book I edited--Beyond Natural Cures--is listed on my author profile, but can I be disassociated from it? I do not want anything I have edited on my author page, just my fiction.
