Good question! Forty years ago I would have said Nick and Nora Charles, then I gradually realized both were lushes. (And his calling her "Mommy" really grates.) I would have gone w Travis McGee and anyone else -- but there never was anyone else. (Travis McGee and Busted Flush?)
