    “اگر به دنبال حرفی، عمل نباشد، سرگرمی است، حجاب است، غفلت است. در حد لزوم حرف بزنیم. پریشب به رفقا توصیه می‌کردم گفتم یک مقدار از ضایعات زمانی، ناشی از پرحرفی است. حرفی را که می‌شود در نیم ساعت بگوییم، در سه ساعت تمام می‌کنیم. خوب دو ساعت و نیم وقت کم می‌آوریم. آن هم نه یک نفر، سه نفر، چهار نفر؛ شش نفر با هم نشسته‌اند، شش تا دو ساعت و نیم یعنی پانزده ساعت وقت کم می‌آوریم؛ یعنی ضریب بازدهی وقت ما یک ششم می‌شود چون برای نیم ساعت، سه ساعت گذاشته‌ایم. اینها را رعایت کنیم. برای مسیری که داریم عملمان را به طور جدی اصلاح کنیم. التزاممان به معیارهای اسلامی در سازماندهی و ساماندهی کارهایمان، از همین گام نخستین، پشتوانه‌ای است برای اینکه آن روز دچار انحراف نشویم.”
