John Mark Green
“A Brief Awakening

In the vastness of the out-rushing cosmos,
you are but tiny—a warm and pulsing spark.
Against all odds, your birth a brief awakening
from silent eons spent sleeping in the dark.
When you feel your heart swell with wild wonder
at the dazzling diamond chandeliers of night,
know your body was built from ancient stardust
and the universe now sees through your eyes.
So let the breath of sweet gratitude fill you,
as the light of each new day begins.
For this moment itself is a miracle,
and to live it is your privilege my friend.”
John Mark Green, Taste the Wild Wonder: Poems

“A man stroking a dog’s head means the universe is stroking the universe; a child playing with a little dog means the universe is playing with the universe! If the universe is a theatre play, then we can be sure that there is only one player: The universe itself! Everything we see is the same player!”

“The universe is the largest, the thickest and the most necessary book! Either we read this book down to the finest detail and consolidate our position in the universe, or we fall upside down like a climber who doesn't take enough precautions against the dangers of the mountain!”

“The energy of the cosmos radiates through us. Bathe in its intensity, then enrich others around you in its magnificent luminescence - Konjic”

“Do you believe in fairytales?

I often wonder, why the sun always takes a leap in the dawn and why it always goes down at the dusk so that the night gleam in with the starry halo of stillness. I often wonder, what lies ahead in the horizon right after the periphery of this Universe, no not our Earth but this huge galaxy of stars, made with the minutest particle of dreams. Dreams of stardust.
Stars that light our way in the morn and the stars that guide our way in the night. In a void of million chords, an echoing stillness that always clutches our soul, the voice of our pulsating breathing throbbing heart. And all of it, a moment in an illusion of time. And all of it, a thought in a cocoon of time. Time that walks parallely in a magnum of an unimaginable cosmos and then when I close my eye for a fraction of a moment, I see a flash of lightning in a mirage of moments, an illusion of thought, an illusion of reality, where nothing is real yet nothing is meaningless, where nothing is impossible.. And there perhaps fairytales are real after all in a fume of illusions, miracles are fire-laden stars often smiling away in a different world in a different time, waiting to cross paths with our little reality in a camouflaged spectrum of souls and stars.

So, don't stop believing in Fairy tales and weave your faith into it, for you never know which part of this wide cosmos catches it to manifest that in your serenade of Life's momentary reality!”

“As the cells in our bodies are influenced by our earthly weather, Our bodies and minds are also influenced by the weather of the cosmos. We are subtly influenced by the physics of our cosmic environment”
Hendrith Smith, The Wealth Reference Guide: An American Classic

“If ever you're possessed by love, be mindful that it's beyond your capacity and flourishes in your 'non-doing state', observe how it transforms you from within and remain a witness to it.

One of the biggest fallacy that we do is we confine this experience from beyond into mere words, compress feelings into articulation, the more effort you put in, more you dilute the experience.

When nature blesses you with emotion called LOVE, just drown in silence, let every pore of your being radiate with this divine experience, convey your gratitude to the other while being a 'Silent Witness', for it matters no more who the other is, what matters is how this experience made you more livelier, more compassionate, more sensitive and in this no-mind state your tears become flowers...

“The world is young, the sky is old, the cosmos are ancient, but the universe timeless.”
Matshona Dhliwayo

“In my life as a human, I see clues that evolution on Earth and elsewhere in the cosmos at large is not being pushed from behind in entropic randomness but being pulled forward by complexification, natural selection and other evolutionary forces orchestrated by a strange unseen teleological attractor, in McKenna’s words the 'Transcendental Object' at the end of time. The Noosphere is the collective consciousness of humanity, the networks of thought and emotion in which we all are immersed, it’s a cognitive layer of the planet, which has found a physical expression in the form of today’s Internet. As the Noosphere gains more coherence, typical of a biological brain, this process of 'planet cognification' accelerates.”
