Frank Sonnenberg
“Don’t say, ‘I’m sorry, but...’ You’re either sorry or you’re not.”
Frank Sonnenberg, Soul Food: Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life

“Sorry” we all say “Sorry” for the wrong things we say and do. But do we always think about the people we love dearly who we say hurtful things to? I don’t think so because if we had think about it sorry wouldn't have become such a popular word today. Sometimes we say so much and act immature as adult. We didn't take the time to realize how much hurt and pain we put that individual in we never took the time to think of the reaction, the feelings and the consequence that we might have to face if what we do turns out to be a matter of life and death.!!!”

“Jesus Christ did not pay for anyone’s choices. This may be difficult to accept as humans depend upon escapism as a default mechanism for comfort. There is a deep fear in witnessing truth, enlightenment, or awareness that NO MAN, NO WOMAN, and NO GOD can erase your choices. Your actions exist.

What do you do to erase past actions? Rather than erase, consider apologizing. Consider growing up. Consider emotional intelligence. Try behaving like an adult who can say, “I’m sorry I yelled at you. I’m sorry I stole from you. I’m sorry I called you a rapist when you were not a rapist. I’m sorry I was the worst friend to you. I am sorry.”
Deborah Bravandt

Lynsay Sands
“Do not expect me to apologize for going what I had to, to survive. A lion doesn't feel guilty for eating a zebra.”
Lynsay Sands, Immortal Angel

“Transiting through time
Like an apology
In search
Of its mistake.”
Jenim Dibie, The Calligraphy of God: A Collection of Love Poems

“No one is sorry for how they’ve treated you. They will only show remorse after you gain the power to ruin their lives.”
PK Kasirim

“It's okay if you don't like me; just be honest with yourself; if I haven't offended you in any way, I need you to not like me; if I have, I'm sorry.”
Marion Bekoe

“I'm sorry I made you hate me.
To be honest, I hate me too.”
Mr. Joshua Shaw, I Took a Plane to Die in Denver

“I didn’t want a sorry. I just wanted an answer.”
Garima Soni, Life Simplified: Quote - Unquote

“A sorry gains value only when our behavior confirms the words

The word sorry can be easy to say, especially when we want an uncomfortable moment to pass quickly.
Still, a quick apology without reflection can become empty.
When our behavior does not change, the same word slowly loses its meaning.
A sincere apology asks more from us.
It asks that we understand what was caused, recognize which responsibility truly belongs to us, and look honestly at what can be repaired.
Sometimes repair is practical.
Sometimes it is emotional.
Sometimes it is simply the promise to act more carefully in the future.
Behavior confirms whether an apology was sincere.
People can accept our words, but they will continue to feel whether those words are later supported by our choices.
That is not distrust; that is how trust is rebuilt.
A sorry gains value when it becomes visible in action.
It is not only a sentence we say after a mistake, but a direction we choose after we have understood what the mistake caused.

Soms is herstel praktisch.
