Has anybody got any recommendations for post apocalyptic/apocalyptic romance books or/and dystopian romance books with M+F couples. That ARE NOT formulaic….
That DO NOT have heroes that are former/ex- soldiers or any kind of ex-military or military.

That DO NOT have heroes that are former/ex- soldiers or any kind of ex-military or military.
That DOES NOT have couples with a big age difference. ( max 10 years age difference.)
That DOES NOT have couples with a big size/height difference.
That DOES NOT have heroines that are very young (No heroines under 25).
That DOES NOT have heroines that are inept/incompetent or willfully ignorant.
That DOES NOT have heroes that are some kind of a MacGyver or Superhero that has OTT skills in more or less everything and is all-knowing etc.
That DOES NOT have main characters that focus more about their looks and the other characters looks than the dangers and collapse around them.
Please DO NOT add recommendations that are from the Omegaverse genre....more
Diversity and inclusion is something that is important to me on all levels…. Including in romance books and the romance genre… but also other fiction books/genres.
All different kinds of representation are really important and matter. (Size, age, abilities, ethnicity, race, sexuality etc. etc.)
So much more representation is needed in the romance genre but also better and positive representation... and sincere/genuine representation of diversity/inclusion.
Research is always a author's best friend! It makes for a better and more believable book/plot but also better and more believable characters.
If these things above ⬆️ are important to you or at least on your radar that is great… If not consider just following my reviews.
