"Not liking the book so far, currently 2 stars for me.
1. Books is too obnoxious name-dropping Google, Larry Page, Sheryl Sandberg among others. Such info is irrelevant / redudant. Annoying!
2. Insights are common sense so far- the 15% of the book can be summarized into: "Praise sincerely, Criticize privately, Be Specific, Be Human"
