Does anyone know why Jon stopped writing? Ten years after he wrote this series, the genre is awash with similar books (hidden libraries, summoning, parallel or mythological universes), but David Ash and the Hidden Academy are still amongst my favourites, with Ash being such an engaging hero with a serious back story. However, I can’t find anything about Jon and what he’s doing now. Great shame, as there still lots of possibilities for Ash and the academy!
