An excellent book to immerse yourself into the life of C.G. Jung.
Who better than him to narrate the facts of his life and his discoveries throughout it.
Especially the chapters about his childhood and his relationship with his father, as well as the chapter about Freud kept me excited.
His mystical way of seeing the world has generated a cognitive dissonance in me, I believe is always good to open up to other ideas even if you don't subscribe to them.
This edition of Paidós editorial has everything included in the German edition of the book, also included notes at the end of each chapter that enhances the reading experience and understanding of the subject matter.
In addition to, it includes a glossary at the end of the book with definitions of the terminology used by Jung that helps you to understand it clearer and to go deeper into his concepts .

This book has been quite a journey and I am left with a certain hint of melancholy for some reason.
I feel like reread it in a few more years, hoping to discover something in it that I didn't see this time. ...more "
