"PART I - I wasn't overwhelmed by the start in the original trilogy, but I'm liking the start in this book much more. The groundwork of the world has been set in the previous books and this is an interesting continuation of all that. It contains a set of interesting new characters added with some familiar faces from the past. Looking forward to where this is going." 9 hours, 21 min ago

"“Shadows in the Moonlight”: after surviving a massacre that claimed his army, Conan stumbles upon the responsible of the act. By killing him he also saves a princess. Together the two flee by boat and arrive on an abandoned island. But as is to be expected, there’s more to it than meets the eye. Again a short story with good writing and superb pacing in this one!" Lull nodded. "That's a succinct summary of humankind, I'd say. Who needs tomes and volumes of history? Children are dying. The injustices of the world hide in those three words.”
