" What more can you give this book besides a 5? And even a 5-star rating is too low of a rating for the masterpiece this book is!

I have no words. I knew it was going to be good, but I never knew it would be this good. Likewise, I always hoped that Nesta would have a character development along the way, and this book just proved me right.

I love that we were able to be in her mind and see all the struggles she had. Of course, she isn't a saint, and there were things she did that were fucked up, but that is what makes you love her so much. You get to see how those horrible choices make her feel and how they lead to this path of healing.

I love Feyre, and I didn't think any female lead would top her. But Nesta did it for me, mostly because she's so real and relatable, at least to me. And reading through the book, I was able to feel some of the things she went through mentally. All the darkness and pain, and the fight she had to do. I loved all of it, and it was my favorite part of the book. To see that development.

I also loved the friendship she built with Emerie and Gwyn. It was one of my favorite parts as well. See how much 3 strangers were able to connect, how they were able to become friends, share their difficulties, it was beautiful to see.

I don't even need to talk about her and Cass, because I've been waiting for it to happen since the moment they met, and it couldn't have been more perfect than it was. I can't wait to see what's in store for them.

Not only that, but I cried a lot during this book, because of the things I said above. Cass and Nes confessing the love that has been there since she was human; the friends talking about their hardships; Nes apologizing to Amren; telling Feyre that she loves her. But I think the part where I cried more was when she and Rhys hugged each other. I don't know why, but it made me feel so happy that they finally understood each other.

This book was amazing, and I loved every second of it. I can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of the characters. ...more "
