This is as far as I'll ever get, page 13. An entire page of which was devoted to describing this Marcus fellow. The host of grammatical errors and overly purple prose are leaving me cold. I get that this is erotic literature, but that surely doesn't mean we should throw all rules of good writing out the window.

Moving this off of my 'currently reading' shelf, it's been there too long.

Putting this on my new 'try again another day' shelf.

so far so good, it's really fast paced, but I like that in these types of books, when they just jump right into the deep end. It reminds me of Ethan's Mate (vampire coalition) in that sense, I also like something like this when im reading a large novel like Cress which im also reading right now too. I'll prob finish this today...

This should be a relatively quick read. Unfortunately this book is hampered by loads of errors, which are bloody distracting. You keep ending up re-reading bits and mentally correcting it to how it should be. You shouldn't have to do that with a book. Got a few queries with the storyline, hoping they get resolved before the end of it. Other than that it's ok so far.

I really was having high hopes for this book. I mean a sexy vampire who also happens to be a dom looking for his sub? What could be better, right? the book in itself isn't bad. but some sentences keep repeating and the time line seems a bit off. hoping it gets better.
