Status Updates From Whatever He Wants

I understand where we are going with this, but I am not feeling it. Instead of fleshing out the characters’ time together during the year they spent, we only get little snippets that focus on main events.

Readable but not that great after all 3.5*

So far, we have the typical emotionally distant asshole aka hero being a dick to the oh so stereotypically innocent heroine... Ugh. I wanna 'dnf' right now.

Idk if it was my copy of the book or not, but my .epub version didn't differentiate between past or present time lines. The book got better and I started to like the story, but I was VERY thrown off by the italicized parts of the book that was suppose to represent a memory of the past within the timeline of the past, while the book was set in the present... I hope that made sense...

ok...so yes James is a dick....but I'm starting to see why.....the man is finally showing he has a heart....uhmmm ... and Noelle is finally finding herself and knowing her worth...bravo girl...and about damn time.

ok when the man who is the right hand man of the person who is basically contracting you out...tell you that you that you are too good for this arrangement and are one of a dozen women who have lived in that penthouse and you get mad at him.....you need your butt kicked and deserve the BS coming your way

James is a dick! Noella is a pushover and her self esteem has gone 40 round what Mike Tyson and is currently in knockout mode. Did she your sleeping bag James was going to take this relationship serious.... I don't see it ...... its still early

What a way to start a book! This relationship is crazy so far. the main character, Noelle is delusional but quickly realizes that her ideal relationship or comfortable relationship is want a big fantasy. She should have listened to her cousin and hurried up and got the hell out......and that's jus up to page 16.....more to come
