I want to love this so much, I've been so excited to finally read a LSB book and when I read the sample it wasn't rubbish writing but... This seems really rushed. To the point where something is revealed then the FMC will backtrack, over and over. Like 'btw my mum got SUPER sick and is dying anyway' like... Could I see that development please?

And the FMC scorning nepotism yet literally being a nepo baby.
