Status Updates From Philanthropic Ways

Redemption and genuine forgiveness are great-even admirable-- themes, but in that last scene (Chapter One of Ten,) the ages-old adage rings true: "Show, don't tell." It would have been a lot more powerful and moving if the reader saw her dream, in vivid detail, and also showing her conflicting emotions in real-time. ☺

Part V-- Benefactor's Way

Things are coming full circle now, and I'm excited than ever.☺

Amelia’s probably my favorite character so far. I have a deep admiration for her inner strength, which includes but isn't limited to her faith in God, and self-respect and dignity.

However, her story isn't nearly as eventful as Averel's or Carly’s. Not a criticism, merely observation.

I am anxious to see where this is going.☺
