but somehow it's book 4 and we're recapping and explaining the basics to characters, again. "this is how the timestreams work. these are my powers. this is why this dude is a spy" oh my god I read the last three books please stop, please just do anything to advance the plot you do not need to show Ia explaining things again and AGAIN
