Love the flashmob allowing Mikado to escape the evil Namie. Wait, what, Mikado is the leader of the Dollars gang?? Onto the final chapter. Very good and compelling book thus far. The book proved to be the welcome change from fantasy isekai I didn't know I needed.

Loving how Narita is bringing all the characters on stage and weaving them together. Hopeful for a Mikado and Anri class rep romance! But who's the Frankenstein chick sleeping on Mikado's floor?

Weird suicide pact and drugging of two girls by Izaya, who stuffs them into suitcases and then hauled away and deposited safely on a park bench by Celty. Yikes, this sure ain't SAO. But it appears Izaya did all that to save them from suicide. Not sure yet if he's a good guy or a baddie. Certainly an intriguing character...

Intro Izaya Orihara, the character Misoume warned us not to mess with. Lots of characters coming on the stage in these early chapters, I like how we're meeting everybody and discovering the Ikebukuro district along with nominal protagonist Mikado.
