Well the book touched on some hard truths of a man, things we already know but sometimes need a reminder of. Just the less emotive and more visual kind of a person
Though behaviour wise I think it applies to both men and women. Don’t take these advice too seriously. Just a pinch of salt. These findings are just from a huge pool of experience but it is not what you truly need to build a relationship with trust

Reality soon teaches us that when something seems too good to be true
It often is

A man can never find you more important than you find yourself

When you’re sure that you’re not going in the right direction it’s time to let him go
Men don’t change
You will always get the guy you chose
If he doesn’t live up to your expectations
And don’t want to settle for less
Move on and start meeting other men

Sarah was ready to go to the next phase of the relationship
He wasn’t
He wanted to keep things as they were
He got so much attention from other women that he couldn’t live with the idea of being PINNED DOWN
She was gorgeous but he wanted to keep his options open
He was still waiting for a better woman even though she was a total catch

If you really need to put in an effort yourself to get some attention from the guy you’re with

You always need to remember men want to fight for whatever it is they want
They want to earn it

Decrease the level of attention if you want him to chase you harder
Increase that level if you want him to feel at ease
Increase it even further if you want to raise his fear of commitment and eventually scare him away

Men commit a lot easier when they thought it was their idea to take the next step

He can’t respect you if you don’t respect yourself enough to demand to be respected

Make him feel that you’re ready to walk away when not respected

When they can get away with something they’ll do it

Men are very visual
When your guy first walked up to you it wasn’t because you had such a great personality
It’s because you were visually appealing to him
He only found out about your personality later on
This is where your other activities come into play
You’ll need hobbies and activities that do not involve him

Strong feminine women are different
They have great hobbies
Great friends and thus don’t center their lives around their men

Have plenty of things he needs to compete with
Don’t center your life and happiness around him

A man will get scarf when you make him the center of your life

In general when you take a step back a man who loves you and wants to be with you will care and will pursue you more
A game player will simply not care
He will let it die off slowly and will not change his behaviour at all

Try to give him this fear
If he’s not playing games and does seek a future with you he won’t budge and will stick around even though he might feel some fear
He’ll embrace that fear since he doesn’t want to lose you
The strategy is to talk about the future together

- lies and inconsistencies
- avoiding locations near home and office

It comes down to watching his actions

Words are easy
Is he putting in an effort when you look at his actions? Do they clearly show love and devotion?

He would love to show her off to the world
When he doesn’t do this somethings wrong
He’s supposed to be proud of the fact that he got you to go out with him or be in a relationship with him

The more you need him the less he’ll want to commit
No matter what a great catch you are
Men can smell this desperation a mile away and they’re honestly scared of needy women
Women who need a man are often women who can’t stand being alone
Men are afraid to commit to a woman who shows signs of needing him
It freaks them out and gives them a lot of fear

Most men get scared when they feel they’re the most important anything in your life
As long as you’ll stay at least a bit of a challenge
You’ll keep his attention focused on not losing you

You can be with a guy who is the one for you, your soul mate
Only to love another man even more ten years down the road
This is crucial information since some women treat their love interest as if he’s the only one
They try to move heaven and earth to get him, keep him, change him because they share one belief: I’m never going to find anyone better than him

Actions are harder
Much harder and should be more important when you’re trying to figure out what your man is all about
