Well the book touched on some hard truths of a man, things we already know but sometimes need a reminder of. Just the less emotive and more visual kind of a person
Though behaviour wise I think it applies to both men and women. Don’t take these advice too seriously. Just a pinch of salt. These findings are just from a huge pool of experience but it is not what you truly need to build a relationship with trust

Reality soon teaches us that when something seems too good to be true
It often is

When you’re sure that you’re not going in the right direction it’s time to let him go
Men don’t change
You will always get the guy you chose
If he doesn’t live up to your expectations
And don’t want to settle for less
Move on and start meeting other men

Men commit a lot easier when they thought it was their idea to take the next step

He can’t respect you if you don’t respect yourself enough to demand to be respected
