Oh Teague you feisty thing

“Sometimes I wish I could hate you as much as I pretend to.”

This, in essence, is a huge problem for Teague. I’m finding that I have certain exceptions to my intense dislike for enemies-to-lovers books. They’re tolerable only under specific conditions; otherwise, I avoid them like the plague.

So much better than I expected this to be! Lots of sex, and yet it's an important part of the plot, not just to add more heat or to fill more pages.

Keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't turn into a frog in the last quarter, like my previous books did!

"There was a connection there that neither of them could deny, but Hudson knew he was the only one who would acknowledge it."

I was unimpressed by the opening, but the more I read, the more I like it. Let's hope it doesn't disappoint!
