Meh! Not the author's best work. I didn't get why Calix loved Ava at all. If they loved each other why did it take so long to get to the truth of her captivity? The Ava "double" was a weak storyline. This one didn't do it for me. Hope the author will focus on reviving this series, which has been very good, before she takes off on other tangents. 2.5 - 3 stars because I like the other characters and overall story.
