This book has some trite religious messages that are not helpful, and are misguided. The author comes off as ignorant many times, clearly believing his Christian values will heal trauma.

He covers some helpful topics like how to decide why to do. So the book isn’t a total loss. But, long sections of the book drag on with his dated, unhelpful religious views.
