Seriously!

What is up with the writing style?! It's all "I will..." this and "I will..." that. How about "I'll"!!!!

It's making the story very jilted and formal and it's not flowing very well

“You’re the most beautiful woman in the world.”

“I have the information on the guy that broke into her house,” he says. I smile as he reads off the address. “Let’s ride.”

"...you’re my woman and I will never fucking abandon you.” That does me in; I didn’t know how much I needed to hear this. It’s like I can breathe for the first time in a long time. He lifts me onto his lap and holds me. He holds me together while I feel like I am shattering. “You will never be alone again, sweet girl,” he whispers into my ear.

He lays his palm against my face and kisses the top of my head. I clench my eyes together so I don’t cry, because that is the sweetest thing someone has ever done to me. It wasn’t a kiss on the lips, but to me this means much more. So much more.

His hand drifts up my back and cups the back of my neck, and his other hand settles at the small of my back. I close my eyes, just basking in the feel of him. He sways side to side slowly, just holding me. I have never felt safe in my life until this moment.

She is the most beautiful fucking woman I have ever seen. She has this fucking glow; she is just gorgeous.

He looks up from his phone, directly at me. His eyes widen and he stumbles. I jump in shock and look at Shaylin, who is staring at her dad with a weird smile on her face. He grins at her.

Techy shakes his head. “You can’t have this guilt inside of you, Adeline, you were a victim. I know horrible things have happened to you but don’t, for one second, have guilt about Alisha, it was out of your control.”

Gripping the sides of the bathtub, I push my sore and tired body off the bottom of the tub just as there is a knock on my door. My body freezes with absolute terror. My first thought is...he has found me.

When I walk into Alisha’s house, she is sitting on the couch with her twin babies. Her husband Techy, whose real name is Jordan, is sitting with them, doting on the twins. Alisha and Techy met online, and he took her away from a hopeless situation—and Techy and his group killed my husband.
