Status Updates From The Red Mountain Chronicles...

Finished Red Mountain Rising. A lot of life happened to me since the last book (I lost my wife to cancer). It was nice to return to these characters. Like seeing old friends. I laughed and I cried. I look forward to returning to Red Mountain again soon!

This is a 4 book series with 4.5 stars and i am on page 82 of the 1st book and I am done reading. That's all I have to say because my mom alwaytold me if you cant say anything nice just be quiet.

That one had me teared up right to the last page. Have to take a break and let that all settle in before I return for the next book.

I am currently finishing the first book in this set, Red Mountain, and I am surprised and delighted at how much I am enjoying this book! It feels like just what I was looking for when I needed it. There's been laughter, smiles, tears and heartache - but is a totally human, feel good read. I already look forward to returning to Red Mountain soon. (I am happy there are three more books waiting for me!)
