Entire first chapter is mostly exposition. Not a good start. No rating.

This book is like MM Harlequin Romance.. I wonder why they don't have LGBTQ Harlequins / Mills and Boons. I for one would be all for it.

Time for me and this author to call it a day.

I found the dialogue and characters all a bit silly and juvenile. And yes I do realise I’m saying that about an mpreg shifter book.

The characters in this book don’t talk to each other. They talk at each other. Break the dialogue up a bit with observations or actions. Otherwise it’s just a lot of rambling with sprinkles of exposition every once in a while. Tiring.

Words that ought to have you running for the hills: “From now on, I control everything you do, do you understand?”

He took a couple of steps and slammed me into the nearest wall. Hard, but not nearly as hard as he could have.

I bumped my head and got a little dizzy for a minute, but he didn't hurt me, really.

Wuuuuut?!

“Give me one good reason why I shouldn't hurt you. Go on, try!”

Well, that’s not creepy at all.

Oh my God this book is pissing me off........just how bad can it get. I'm not sure I even have the strength to finish it. How could the MC be this annoying, beyond annoying actually because its in single POV.......so I can't escape him.
