This dialogue perfectly encapsulates my issue with the second half of this book. It's somehow rushing through the plot, telling-not-showing, and being bland, all at the same time. It's frustrating!

Of course sex with Law is the magical cure for Remy's songwriting block lol this book is getting unserious

The more we learn about the past, the more I think Remy was really a bit of a shitty boyfriend in the past

The writing is a bit messy but what the hell I am invested
