Excellent book with often overlooked insights into much more than just interviewing. For interviewers, this should be a must read, and the concepts should be put into your documented interview process (if you don't have one, this will help you create one). (See also the book "Who".)

Excellent insights into Emotional Intelligence. It's applied to interviewing very well, yet also applies to much more. Great sample interview questions which I'll incorporate into my own interviewing framework starting tomorrow!

To early to say much, but scanning through gave me positive impressions. These are often missed and critical parts of interviewing and life in general. I hope it's as good as it looks.
