Status Updates From Cannon (Caged and Dangerous...

CALLED IT.

Whelp, now someone has been shot, and despite one of them being a doctor and the other a mercenary... nobody puts pressure on the wound. *Sigh*

Well, now, despite Cannon's heightened senses, they're being held hostage. Again. And Ryver just lunged forward, even though in the last paragraph, the man holding her had a knife to her throat.

Oh! Wound has appeared again!

I don't even know why I'm still reading this. Maybe for the sheer WTF factor? During this ridiculous escapade of a 'rescue' Ryver has had a mysteriously disappearing 'severe' wound, they raided a farmhouse with a truck out front and DIDN'T TAKE THE TRUCK (Or, apparently, any food), and now, a mysterious crying infant.
Was there no editor to reign in the very obvious plot holes? Am I the only one who pays attention?
