I was prepared to hate this book, but it started to. Grab my attention. The books, the romance, the letters. Not sure where we are going with this story; but I am on the bibliophile team and willing to overlook the audacity of alternating chapters and the presumption of making Jane a character.

If you drink a rare bottle of wine, you're left with some recycling. But if you read a rare book it's still there, it's still valuable, and it's achieved the full measure of its being.
