新時代、新組織:有了共同的規章,就不需要太多人為的管理。知識專業人員組成的資訊導向組織。

知識創造的企業:讓其他人也能使用某個人的個人知識,是知識創造企業裡最重要的任務。   知識的迴旋:隱性知識學習-顯性化-知識標準化-公司成員內化。 隱喻_類比_模型。  員工了解實然,主管了解應然。  執行長的責任是傳達公司的[概念群]。高階主管決定方向,基層員工面對現實,中階主管調和。

建立學習型組織:meaning, management, measurement.  五項主要活動:系統性解決問題、實驗新方法、經驗學習、學習他人經驗、知識傳播給全組織。

-主動經歷某事比靠別人描述更有價值。
