I maintain a host of ridiculous fantasies, one of which is that I have to honor the premature passing of both Sebald and Bolano. That is something I palpably persist in pursuing.
Thus admitted, I’m not sure ANY living author moves me the way that Antoine Volodine and Pierre Senges succeed.
