Being 1/3 through I'. about done with all the negative feelings and misunderstands. The story is great, but the negative energy is so strong it's almost unreadable at this point. I know things will turn around because, HEA, but this is laying it on a bit heavy.

I'm up to chapter 8 and I'm really disgusted with Reese. The fact she wants to go back to her ex/on-a-break whatever, and STILL wants to marry him is telling about her lack of self esteem. It's not making me want to read on.

Darn you Susan Stoker for introducing us to Khloe and having to wait for the last book in the series!

Reaching the attempt at turning point with Emily. Knox is being mostly truthful but it’s frustrating how he won’t just tell Emily even though his reasons are understandable.

I’m used to high-handed alpha men doing what they think is best. The fact that Knox absolutely refuses to tell Emily what is coming up is so annoying. I have no doubt she has been watching her for the past two years just waiting.

Oquilion is such a sweety. And him giving the play-by-play of the women around Ekan while Beth watches is hilarious.

The introduction of Vera is such a comedy. I love how Beth thinks learning about all of the men is so entertaining.
