fast read. great characters. but both sisters kind of make me mad. not in a bad way like i need to dnf book but in a good way.

So far loving this book. I love rocky.

I’m loving this book so far. I was honestly hesitant to start it because I tried reading Artemis before and didn’t like it. But this one completely surprised me. It’s funny, smart, and much more hard sci-fi than I expected, yet I’m really enjoying it. Reading this book is making the little girl in me happy again—the one who loved science before the world started telling her that women don’t do science.

I’m loving Norwegian Wood so far—the writing is quiet, lyrical, and vividly immersive. I keep noticing how we see Naoko not as she truly is, but as Toru perceives her. Their relationship feels built on shared grief more than understanding, and their walks feel like a search for something neither fully knows.
